TCF Structure & Pricing

The Couple Formula offers two unique Intensive programs depending on your relationship needs:

For those looking for a relationship tune-up, a one-day in-person intensive and a 30-day program (5-6 hours of in-person therapy/coaching with a one-hour lunch break, one 90-minute follow-up session [in-person or virtual] and one-hour completion session [in-person or virtual] with the TCF 30 day text program).

TCF’s two-day in-person Intensive and 60-day program is for couples looking for a deeper dive into their relationship and creating immediate impact through 14-16 hours of couple's therapy/coaching with your TCF practitioner comprised of two intensive 5-6 hour days in-person (not including a one-hour lunch break), two 90 minute follow up sessions (in-person or virtual) and one-hour completion session (in-person or virtual). In addition, each member of the couple receives The Couple Formula 60-day exercises to build and support the skills of a healthy relationship. 

The fee for the one-day Intensive and 30-day TCF program is $2900. 

The fee for the two-day Intensive and 60-day TCF program is $5800. 

A $500, non-refundable, deposit is due upon scheduling the one or two-day intensive weekend. See Cancellation Policy below for more information.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for the 2-day Intensive:

The Couple Formula program's fee is $2900 for the one-day intensive and 30-day program and $5800 for the two-day intensive and 60-day program. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon scheduling the intensive, the rest of the fee is due seven days before the intensive.

Credit card payments can be made with instructions from The Couple Formula. If you would like to pay another way or discuss a payment plan, please talk with your Couple Formula practitioner.

The $500 deposit, due upon scheduling the intensive weekend, is non-refundable but is transferrable if a reschedule is required. The Couple's Formula has a seven-day rescheduling policy for the intensive weekend. If a couple cancels less than seven days prior to the scheduled intensive, The Couple Formula reserves the right not to refund the deposit and to not accommodate a rescheduling of the intensive. Your clinician will do everything they can to work with you to reschedule in case of a last-minute emergency cancellation. Emergencies include health emergencies of either couple member, their children, or a parent; a natural disaster or act of war; weather prohibiting the couple from driving or flying to the intensive location. The Couple Formula and clinicians cannot guarantee a timely rescheduling, and The Couple Formula and your clinician will determine whether your deposit will be refunded. In the rare occurrence that your Couple Formula clinician needs to cancel an intensive, a full refund (including deposit) will be provided.

Cancellation Policy for the follow-up virtual sessions: The Couple Formula and your clinician has a 48-hour cancellation policy for follow-up virtual sessions. Cancellations must be made by phone, voice mail, or email. Text cancellations are not permitted. If you cancel your virtual session less than 48 hours before the start of the session, your clinician reserves the right to charge you for the extra rescheduled session. If you cancel your virtual session less than 48 hours before the start of the session because of a family emergency (see above), a natural disaster, or an act of war, your clinician will reschedule the session at no additional charge.
