Intimate relationships offer a unique closeness based on the neurobiology of primary attachment, the interdependency in creating a life together, and connection through attraction. The Couple Formula program helps couples deepen their intimacy by understanding and knowing each other better, and by reworking old dysfunctional patterns into more fulfilling ways of caring for each other. Note: The Couple Formula is not sex therapy, but it can address the interpersonal and attachment issues that can lead to sexual issues.

    Each Couple Formula therapist is trained in attachment theory with a deep understanding of how attachment styles impact relationships. Your Couple Formula Practitioner will get a detailed history of both partners; and by observation through the lens of her knowledge she will explain how your past is impacting your present.
